Rick Perry Claims The President Is Trying To Punish Texas, Calls For Bigger Tea Parties
Leave it to Texas Governor Rick Perry to open mouth and insert foot. Both feet. Up to the knees.
Today in front of a Republican women’s group in Midland, Perry said President Obama was interested in punishing Texans, that tea parties needed to be twice as big, and that the Obama administration was “hell-bent” on making America a socialist country.
I don’t know about you, but that sounds more like the kind of rhetoric one would hear out of Dale Gribble as opposed to the sitting governor of Texas.
